Obrt NOVAK was founded in 2004, by it's owner Zlatko Novak. Zlatko was in Croatian construction business for over a 30 years, running several firms and finally having it's own dealing with interiour equipping (suspended ceilings, dry walls) for over a 15 years. After that, owner wanted to settle down in a peacefoul place. So decision felt to Slano, a quiet dalmatian place between Ston and Dubrovnik.

A big house, the years of experience working with/helping people, business habbits... thoose were reasons to found small family business "Ugostiteljski obrt NOVAK", and build a couple of apartments. Unlike many others, apartments were build and equipped with soul, just like they were for owners use.
